Shipping Charges, Taxes and International Orders

When purchasing products on our Website, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the delivery. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are detailed in the total amount to be paid. For those countries where taxes and customs charges cannot be calculated in advance, you must pay them to the carrier at the time of delivery.

For shipments within the state of Florida, the corresponding sales taxes will be applied. We assume the shipping costs within the United States when the value of the purchase exceeds USD $500.

In international orders (those that are shipped outside the United States), we are not responsible for the applicable taxes and customs duties. As the recipient, you will be responsible for all applicable import duties, customs and local taxes in the country of destination. The payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival

RETURNS

Purchases made on our Website can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, without damage and with the original labels. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, bags and other packaging materials. If your return does not meet the aforementioned conditions, the package will be returned to you. Returns of damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Keep in mind that orders must be returned from the same country to which they were originally shipped. The shipping and customs costs associated with the return of the products will be borne by you. To return merchandise, use the UPS return label provided.

Remember that items such as sunglasses, fragrances, hats, scarves, swimsuits, promotional items, products on sale or discounted, and personalized items cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your package, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days to process your return. When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

The time required to process your refund may vary depending on the payment method used

 

CREDIT CARD

Our bank will refund you within seven (7) business days after the confirmation of acceptance of the return. The time it takes to reset the credit to your account will depend on the card issuer.

Shipping costs and any import taxes or other taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
